Our mission is to remove the barrier of housing so people have a secure place to live while rebuilding their lives.

Unlike emergency shelters or temporary lodging, Crown Heir Group provides structured, community-based housing designed to promote dignity, accountability, and long-term housing stability. We welcome individuals from all walks of life, regardless of how they arrived at their current circumstances.

Royelle Clarke, MBA

Founder, President & CEO

Royelle Clarke is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Restoration Pathways to Independence, Inc. She provides strategic leadership and vision for the organization while overseeing program development, community partnerships, organizational growth, and long-term sustainability. As Board President, she works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure strong governance, fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization’s mission of empowering individuals and families through housing stabilization and comprehensive supportive services.

Anastasia Spencer

Secretary

Anastasia Spencer serves as Secretary for Restoration Pathways to Independence, Inc., where she plays an integral role in supporting the organization’s governance, administrative operations, and overall effectiveness. In her role as Secretary, she is responsible for maintaining official organizational records, preparing and organizing board documentation, recording meeting minutes, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements, and supporting transparent communication among board members.

Carrissa Lee

Chief Financial Officer

Carissa Lee serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Crown Heir Group and Restoration Pathways to Independence, Inc. She oversees the organizations' financial operations, ensuring sound fiscal management, transparency, and accountability in support of their missions.  Her day job is program specialist. Carissa is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, internal financial controls, grant and donor fund oversight, and long-term financial planning. She works closely with the executive leadership team to develop sustainable financial strategies that promote organizational growth while maintaining compliance with nonprofit financial standards.

Cierra Greubel

Board Member

Cierra Greubel serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Restoration Pathways to Independence, Inc., where she provides valuable insight into resident services, community engagement, and program development. As a board member, she supports the organization’s mission by contributing to strategic planning, strengthening community relationships, and helping ensure programs remain responsive to the needs of the individuals and families served.

Monique Sheppard

Client Service Coordinator

Monique Sheppard serves as the Client Service Coordinator for Crown Heir Group and Restoration Pathways to Independence, Inc. She is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and supportive experience for those seeking services.

Ashley Allen

Volunteer Coordinator

Ashley Allen serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for Crown Heir Group and Restoration Pathways to Independence, Inc. She leads volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and recognition efforts while building meaningful relationships with individuals and organizations that support the mission. She also serves as the MSA at the VA
